By using NoLog, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service
NoLog provides an Android AI chat interface with local chat storage and a backend inference proxy. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.
Acceptable use
You may not use NoLog to violate laws, harm others, generate abusive or exploitative content, infringe intellectual property rights, bypass security controls, overload the service, reverse engineer backend systems, or abuse subscriptions or rate limits.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are sold and managed through Google Play. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Google Play's terms and policies. Subscription features and usage limits may change as the service evolves.
Privacy
NoLog's Privacy Policy explains what data is processed, stored locally, or stored on the backend. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.
No professional advice
NoLog is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for important decisions.
Availability
The service may be interrupted, rate limited, changed, or discontinued. We may modify provider routing, models, limits, and features to keep the app reliable and sustainable.

NoLog is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoLog and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from AI outputs or service interruptions.
